OCB201

OPTEK's standard visible LED assemblies are manufactured with the OptoTherm™ OCB201 Aluminum heat spreader substrate. The OCB201 high thermal conductivity (1.1 W/m-°K) creates an excellent thermal path for removing heat from high power visible LED assemblies while the .004 inch thick dielectric provides good electrical isolation between the Copper circuit and Aluminum cladding. OPTEK verifies the substrate characteristics will meet or exceed industry standards with our in-house testing and 3rd party validation.

The maximum substrate panel size is 18 X 16.5 inches. Available thicknesses are: 0.038” [0.97mm], 0.070” [1.78mm] and 0.133” [3.38]. The assembly substrate outline can be routed and v-scored. OPTEK's solid state lighting team will create designs to meet your assembly's optical, electronic, thermal management, packaging, and reliability requirements.
